Where is lokiTEK located?
Well we’re everywhere of course...everywhere you can access the net at least!
But in the physical world, our offices are located in Brisbane, QLD.
Does lokiTEK have a storefront where I can place/pickup orders?
No, lokiTEK is an online computer retailer. We have no physical address that is open to the public. Orders must be placed at our store online and are then delivered direct to you.
But I live in Brisbane, can I come and pickup my order?
I’m afraid not, all orders are delivered to our customers using the shipping methods explained below. To be honest, that’s one of the reasons we can keep our prices so very low. We keep our running costs down, and pass the savings on to you.

lokiTOKENS
What are lokiTOKENS?
lokiTOKENS are lokiTEK’s customer rewards currency. You can earn lokiTOKENS by purchasing items or winning/completing promotional offers. They can be redeemed as cash discounts at the checkout.
How much is each lokiTOKEN worth?
One lokiTOKEN is equivalent to one cent (i.e. $1 = 100 lokiTOKENS)
How do I get more lokiTOKENS?
The main way to receive lokiTOKENS is by purchasing products. We also run promotions and competitions from time to time, so make sure you subscribe to lokiMAIL (our newsletter) so you don’t miss out.
How many lokiTOKENS do I earn per dollar spent?
This rate differs depending on the category of the product. Generally speaking though, the more you spend, the more you get back. The number of lokiTOKENS to be received can be found in the view cart page.
How long do I have to use my lokiTOKENS?
As long as you like! There is no time limit on your lokiTOKENS.
Products
Are all products sold by lokiTEK full retail products?
Absolutely. Every item is a full retail product, complete with original packaging and manufacturer’s warranties.
Do products come with a warranty?
Yes. All products include a manufacturer’s warranty. This is usually 1 year, but please check individual item descriptions for more specific details.
Pricing
How can you keep your prices so low all the time?
By not having a physical storefront, we cut down on a lot of the expenses regular stores face. This saves us heaps, but instead of being greedy, we pass these savings directly to our customers by keeping our prices as low as they are.
The price keeps changing on a particular product, why?
We update our prices everyday of the week. We always offer the absolute lowest price that we can. There are many factors which influence this, so every day our prices are recalculated and updated. Don’t worry though, they almost always decrease!
Do the prices displayed include GST?
Yes, all prices shown on the website are GST inclusive.
Does lokiTEK price match competitors?
No, for the reasons above we can’t. However, if you really have found a cheaper price, we recommend you double check that it is the exact same model, and check the price with the company also...it could well be a typo and they just forgot an extra 0 on the end!
Orders
How do I know my order was processed successfully?
You will receive an email, notifying you that your order has been placed successfully. You will also receive emails whenever your order status changes (is paid, posted, etc.)
How do I check my order status?
Simply enter your order number into the ‘Track my order’ box on the right side of our homepage. Or you can log in to the ‘My Account’ section and select ‘Orders’.
My order is ‘Backordered’, what does that mean?
This means we have had to order in one or more of the products you ordered. It usually takes about 3-5 working days for a backordered item to come through. However, this varies for item to item, and you will be notified of a specific ETA [Estimated Time of Arrival] as soon as one is established. You will also be notified if the ETA changes.
Will I receive a tax invoice?
Yes. All orders will receive a tax invoice via email. You can also access the tax invoice for your order through the ‘My Account’ section.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
· Credit Card (through PayPal gateway)
· PayPal balance/eCheque
· Direct Bank Deposit
Do I have to sign up to PayPal to pay via credit card?
No. If you are not a PayPal member, you will be given the option to sign up to PayPal; however this is not required to complete the purchase.
Can I pay via credit card outside of PayPal?
No. We process all credit card payments through the PayPal gateway. This is the most secure payment option available, as you have all the security of your credit card, with the added security and post-sale support that PayPal offers.
How do I pay via Direct Bank Deposit?
Simply transfer the order amount to the following account

How long does it take for a Direct Bank Deposit to clear?
If the payment is made via internet banking, it could take up to 3 days to clear. You will be notified as soon as we receive the cleared payment.
How can I get a payment by Direct Bank Deposit cleared more quickly?
The fastest way is to deposit the funds at a NAB branch. This way, the funds are immediately clear in our account. Please remember to include your order number as a reference on the payment.
Delivery
How soon will my order be posted?
We do our best to get all orders posted within 24 hours of payment. This means most customers receive their orders within 1-3 days of placing the order! We take this very seriously, and pride ourselves on the results.
Which postal carriers do you use?
All orders are securely posted using either Australia Post or Australian Air Express. The method used depends on the nature of the product ordered. All orders are registered (require a signature on delivery) and have tracking features (where accepted.)
Can I track the delivery of my order?
Yes, tracking is available for most destinations. We understand this is very important for your peace of mind. All order details, including tracking info can be found by simply typing your order number into the ‘Track my order’ box on the right side menu. Otherwise this information is found in your account page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Please use our shipping calculator to estimate shipping costs.
Returns
Does lokiTEK offer a returns policy?
Yes we do. We will replace or refund any items within 7 days of delivery provided they meet one of the following requirements;
- The item is in the original condition as it was dispatched
- The item was faulty on arrival

What happens if a product is DOA [Dead on arrival?]
Don’t worry! DOA items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. You just need to fill out the return request form.
Do I have to fill out a return request before returning every item?
Yes you do. This just helps us keep a track of returns and ensures product returns are dealt with correctly. The return request form can be found here.

I forgot my password. How do I get it back?
Don’t worry, just use our password recovery system.
Can I update my account details?
Of course! Simply login to ‘My Account’, and select the ‘Profile details’ tab.
